Enabel is bringing to Jordan its expertise in the vocational training and education sector by developing skills for employability of Syrian refugees and vulnerable youth in Jordan.
Vocational training for refugees and host communities
Given the protracted effect of the Syrian crisis and the large influx of refugees, with Jordan hosting the second highest share of refugees, the country is faced with enhanced unemployment rates and negatively affected relationships between refugees and host communities due to increased competition for accessing public services, including education and employment.

Helping people becoming better at their job
Receiving quality health care and education is not a given in Uganda. Although efforts towards better service delivery have been made by the Ugandan government, civil society and donors, a lot remains to be done. Enabel, in cooperation with the Ugandan government, set up a project to contribute to improved service delivery by helping doctors, nurses, teachers, principals and managers become better at their job.
